How quickly can you start a project?
We can typically begin within 3–5 working days of receiving your signed brief and advance payment. For urgent projects, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline. We're transparent about availability upfront — no false promises.
Do I need to have CAD files ready before contacting you?
Not at all. CAD files are ideal but not required to start the conversation. We can work from 2D engineering drawings, product photos, physical measurements, or even a rough sketch. We'll advise on the best approach during the discovery call.
Do you visit clients in Pune and the PCMC area?
Yes — we're based in Moshi and regularly visit clients across Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, and MIDC industrial areas. For clients outside Maharashtra, we handle projects remotely with video calls and shared project management tools. We also travel for project kickoffs when needed.
What is your minimum project size?
Our starter projects begin from ₹15,000–₹25,000 for a single deliverable such as a 3D product render or a documentation chapter. We don't have a minimum budget requirement — we'd rather help a small manufacturer with one great asset than do nothing at all. Contact us and we'll work within your budget.
Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Absolutely. We sign NDAs routinely — your product designs, engineering data, and business information are completely confidential. We can use your standard NDA or provide our own. This is standard practice for all our industrial and manufacturing clients.
What payment terms do you offer?
We typically work on a 50% advance, 50% on delivery model for project work. For larger projects we split into three milestones — advance, mid-project, and delivery. Monthly retainer clients are billed at the start of each month. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and all major payment methods.
